The SMS UI is awful, crowded with features. We never use — simple search and isn’t intuitive. SMS on iphone app is missing basic SMS search ftn for new contacts. This may be a Hubspot integration issue and it’s still a problem for us. Months later, still trying to get my phone to working reliably for different workers with each of their setups… ### 1/5 — Call glitches! Don’t choose this product! *2025-08-22, version 10.5.1* I frequently can call out from the app and if someone calls me, sometimes it hangs up on them. Then it won’t call. So I have to text apologies that our phone system isn’t working. Tech support takes days and they struggle to understand the issues. Many other problems (date formatting, integrations, texts not sending, texts not loading in the web app so your missing replies). It’s awful! I’m begging our company to switch to something that still isn’t constantly in beta testing. ### 1/5 — Do not waste your time *2025-08-06, version 10.4.4* It is amazing how many bugs this application has. I’m astounded by how often the simple task of calling someone fails to work. From various screens and various parts within the app buttons just don’t function. Its connectivity with Wi-Fi is also very sketchy. I’ll be on a one gigabyte connection and have issues with dropped calls/poor reception via just call, but I could be on with the same prospect via Zoom and have no problems whatsoever. There may be unique metrics for call centers, but for someone using this to Link texting and phone calls with their CRM I would avoid it at all cost. ### 2/5 — Functional but not soo clear *2025-05-27, version 10.3.4* I love the functionality. Been using it for a year or more. Everything is an add on- texting multiple people at the same time should be standard We are looking for other options as soon as my subscription is up. ### 3/5 — iPhone Notifications *2025-03-05, version 10.1.6* The fact that your app can’t utilize the notification symbol (red on iPhone) when missed call or I have an SMS is mind blowing. I pay over $1k a year for this service and it drives me crazy that I have to hopefully see the banner notification. Make it a priority please and can’t be that complicated. ### 1/5 — Could be way better, using for 2 years now. *2024-12-03, version 10.0.1* The app could be way better with many features and functionality, but it’s now. Even the most basic things don’t work - the app takes forever to refresh and show the missed call after it’s missed. Shows name of the caller sometimes and sometimes number. Many many issues, but the pricing is right and love their ai summary feature, so sticking with them for now. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-03, version 5.6.5* All it does is error. Can’t even start app. Login errors, and won’t with Google. Can’t create account. It’s spotty, unreliable, clunky to use, and has subpar customer service. Our company used them for 4 years and in that time they only became consistently less reliable. Many times I was forced to use my personal cellphone number as opposed to justcall due to the horrible audio quality through them. ### 1/5 — Very very Dodgy *2024-04-27, version 5.3.0* Severely displeased as they put the price up and took money off credit card on file without permission and they won’t refund. When we chat they are arm twisting us as we have a number through Just Call. A very very dodgy company and I recommend not to use them. If I didn’t have my business number through just call I’d change instantly. ### 1/5 — Poor update *2024-02-14, version 5.2.1* Most recent update is woeful. As soon as you dial it hangs up on the client! So then you’re just drop dialling everyone and irritating customers! Really poorly thought out design on the new dialler too. They blame this on the carrier but I don’t see that happening on any other text platform I use. Sometimes texts don’t send. Seems like the product is always in a beta test. Sometimes I can’t call out, pick up a call or input a number. Cannot wait until my workplace switches to a different product. Tech support usually takes more than 24 hrs and most times doesn’t resolve the problem. Also, you can’t group text on the platform. Clients have tried to connect me with another person through a group chat and it simply doesn’t include the 3rd person. All the basic functionality you need away from the computer to quickly respond to contacts is here and the prompt for notes after every call is awesome because those notes sync to your integrated crm. The support is the best I have ever gotten from a phone company, by far. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see what new features will release to help us use the phones more to grow our businesses.
