The cleaning companies they contract out are extremely unprofessional, and they refuse to remove these companies from the app. They only give you a 3 BD credit for one single week, as if logically, people are hiring cleaners every 4 days. Beware, 90% of the companies they contract to your home or business, will NOT have products, even when you pay for products to come. Honestly, the app used to be good, but the service has become very poor lately. Customer support is extremely slow to respond, and even when they do, the issues are not properly resolved. Orders are often delayed, and there’s no compensation or proper follow-up when something goes wrong. I hope they improve the service quality and support because the idea of the app is great, but the current execution is disappointing. ### 4/5 — Good for Laundry, spotty for car wash *2025-10-26, version 5.34.1* I’ve been using this app for laundry services for years. The app is generally good for laundry services as long as you don’t have any issues with the laundry company itself. Pickup and delivery are on time, but don’t expect customer service to deal with complaints. To be fair, I only had one problem with a laundry company. I just switched to another laundry company when my complaint with the original company I was using was not resolved by the app. Zero follow up. I tried using the app for car washing, but the appointment times were almost never respected and were changed by the car wash company, often without consulting me and without notification. I gave up on booking car washing through the app after several tries. I haven’t tried any of the other available services. Issues started once I started using them for their car wash services. I’ve had appointments where nobody shows up, appointments that are booked for a certain day and time and then mysteriously changed within the app. No confirmation emails. Imagine getting a surprise call that a company is waiting outside your door! Customer service levels varies. They obviously do not speak to each other because I’ve had to explain myself each time. Some agents are alright, others will try to play at as if they are doing you a favor, or something is wrong with the app. They have “kindly” refunded my last order, but I was glad to pay not use their services ever again. Overall: OK for laundry, terrible for every other service. Even when I clearly write “dry clean only” on the laundry bag, the instructions are ignored and the items are washed—sometimes even washed twice. I repeatedly request an English-speaking cleaner because basic communication is necessary for the job to be done properly. Each time I am assured this request will be met, yet someone who cannot understand simple instructions is sent instead. This feels misleading and affects the quality of the service. During my most recent booking, I had to constantly supervise and demonstrate tasks because the cleaner could not understand basic household terms. This defeats the purpose of hiring a professional service. After the cleaning, I discovered my mop had been left broken. Accidents can happen, but it should have been communicated to me before the cleaner left. What frustrated me most was customer support. I asked for the service company to contact me so the issue could be addressed, but instead I received a defensive response stating they are not responsible for broken items, even though I never asked for compensation. I was simply looking for accountability and proper follow-up. Overall, the failure to honor requests, poor communication, and dismissive support have left me very dissatisfied.
