If you get 2 orders you have no chance of zooming in to see where they go because the delivery details bar does not go down. Delivery distance seems to be calculated at a straight line which is highly misleading. The "starting journey" & "complete order" are unnecessary. The app crashes are less frequent now but should you be inactive for 2-3 minutes it kicks you out the platform, regardless of a network issue. A way to tell drivers that an order is ready to collect would be appreciated. It's 2026. Both UberEats and Deliveroo do not use an acceptance rate. The fact you get put in a higher tier if you accept more orders is ridiculous and does not push riders to work harder, especially if the next order isn't appealing to accept, which isn't fair as we are all self-employed and get no hourly rates. Waiting longer for an order used to get you an attendance fee but that is no longer the case. Lastly, the support team is always the hardest to reach out to.
