The world would be better off without these d!psh!ts!!!. Justeat try to control your movements too much and you tend to arrive at a merchants well before the food is ready. There should be a delay or just let people manage their own time. We know what merchants are slow and who isn’t!!!!!!. We don’t need your stupid “You are delayed” messages. ### 1/5 — Chipmunks Team most losers employs ever *2026-08-04, version 7.7.0* From far the most stupid app ever whit so many problems and never have fix them but Just try again and again maybe a marvel hapen one day ### 1/5 — Absolute IT disaster – Cancelled driver registration AND uninstalled food app! *2026-08-04, version 7.7.0* I wasted over 8 HOURS of my life trying to register as a courier for Just Eat. Their onboarding system is an absolute embarrassment. Third-party identity verification (Yoti) worked instantly, but Just Eat's own platform is completely broken—constantly freezing, looping, and failing to process valid UK documents and bank details. To make matters worse, there is zero customer support to resolve basic IT bugs. If a company can't even build a functioning registration form, how can anyone trust them to handle delivery logistics, driver payments, or customer issues? This absolute incompetence cost me a full day's worth of time and complete frustration. Because of this total lack of basic operational competence, I have cancelled my driver application and permanently deleted the Just Eat food ordering app from my phone. I will happily take my money to Deliveroo and Uber Eats from now on. There is no proper courier support. The support they have is disgusting 🤮. But the main two problems still exist i.e. couriers cheating the run allocation system and the automatic reimbursement pay. Tracking suspicious shift grabber activity is a great idea, but it’s not really making much of difference yet. Maybe it’s time to scrap shift allocation and allow free login? The 50p bonus could be applied to times of low drivers or high delivery demand. I certainly think it would at least be worth trialling in a few areas to see if helps. The reimbursement system has improved massively, so I rarely have issues, but when I do it’s very frustrating. There needs to be a complete change of mindset. The support staff seem to have been trained to assume that a delay is most likely down to a courier cheating rather than a pickup being delayed. I’m not suggesting that some couriers don’t cheat, but we’re all being treated as cheats when delays are, by a HUGE margin, caused by orders not being ready. ### 3/5 — Lots of bugs and improvements needed *2021-04-13* Like many other reviews here, and I’ve fed this back, when a run is due to finish (say at 3pm) and another run start at 3pm, you don’t get any orders from about 2.30pm. I’ve fed this back but they don’t listen. Also, there should be an option to receive tips through the app, as most people don’t have loose change at the moment and also want to minimise interactions, due to COVID. If you refuse a delivery, your acceptance rate should not be affected. It could be because that restaurant is notoriously slow, but your future deliveries shouldn’t be affected. Any payments for delays at restaurants do not always come through. I’ve been told it’s automatic, but it doesn’t work. I’ve had many delays at McDonald’s and I’ve rarely had a delay payment. So there are quite a few things to adjust and fix. ### 2/5 — It's badly designed *2026-08-23* The problem isn't mainly the jobs but the way the app works to let you see these jobs. If you get 2 orders you have no chance of zooming in to see where they go because the delivery details bar does not go down. Delivery distance seems to be calculated at a straight line which is highly misleading. The "starting journey" & "complete order" are unnecessary. The app crashes are less frequent now but should you be inactive for 2-3 minutes it kicks you out the platform, regardless of a network issue. A way to tell drivers that an order is ready to collect would be appreciated. It's 2026. Both UberEats and Deliveroo do not use an acceptance rate. The fact you get put in a higher tier if you accept more orders is ridiculous and does not push riders to work harder, especially if the next order isn't appealing to accept, which isn't fair as we are all self-employed and get no hourly rates. Waiting longer for an order used to get you an attendance fee but that is no longer the case. Lastly, the support team is always the hardest to reach out to.
