Membership fee is 49.95 that’s ridiculous. I never ever use it and they still keep charging you even if I already cancel my membership. Don’t use this apps this apps is kind of scamming people to pay 49.95 a month.

⚠️ Très mauvaise expérience avec JustFab.

Je les ai suppliés pendant des mois de fermer mon compte et d’arrêter les prélèvements, mais malgré toutes mes demandes, ils refusent toujours et continuent à me facturer. Le pire, c’est qu’il est littéralement impossible de résilier correctement son abonnement sur l’application. À chaque fois, il faut refaire des démarches, envoyer des messages et supplier encore pour espérer être entendu. Je suis au chômage depuis l’année dernière et je n’ai presque aucun budget pour moi chaque mois, pourtant on continue à me prélever 40 € alors que j’ai clairement demandé la fermeture de mon compte.

Je trouve cette situation honteuse et épuisante moralement. Faites très attention avant de vous abonner.

This company is just a subscription scam trying to con you into paying $50+ a month for points that expire. They make skipping the month challenging and cancelling nearly impossible.

It doesn’t when I decide to use this app, there’s always a lag and it doesn’t seem to need a update. And every single month I want to skip a month I can never be able to because it’s always lagging! Like right now, I’m trying to skip a month but the app won’t even load

I’ve been a customer for years, constantly skipping months. The charge is annoying if you forget. I am constantly running into problems with the app. One time, every single listing was linked to the same cardigan and I was unable to shop. Another time, I was not able to add my credits to my purchase, which is the whole point of the program. Currently, I am unable to find the “skip this month” button and get an error on the account page you would normally go to. Another time, I had to get on the phone with customer service just to skip for 3 months since I knew I was not purchasing anything over Christmas from JustFab. While I was online with customer service I found out JustFab ceases to work without a VPN. You cannot have your VPN on and shop on the site with browser or app. Never had an issue with anything else. 

Beyond this, there’s been several other issues with the website and the app. Modern companies like this suck for e-commerce (even though that’s their entire platform) because they refuse to work with web and ui/ux professionals and usually pay off-shore workers with zero history with the company to solve issues like the ones I listed above. It’s a snow ball effect of tech issues because no one wants to pay the salary of a developer to make your business experience streamline. 👏🏻 I guess this is industry standard now so what are we to do about it?

The membership automatically charges a monthly fee, which is fine if you actually want to shop. However, the biggest problem is that the button to skip the month is extremely hard to find. It almost feels like the app is designed to make it difficult so people get charged the $49.95.

On top of that, getting help is very frustrating. There is basically no email support, and the chat feature in the app does not work properly. Because of this, trying to cancel the membership or get assistance becomes unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.

Overall, the lack of transparent options to skip the month and the poor customer support make the experience very disappointing.

se ha quedado con mis datos de mi tarjeta bancaria sin yo guardarlos ahí y me están cobrando 39,95€ al mes sin mi consentimiento!!!!!! Y AL HABERME SUPUESTAMENTE DADO DE BAJA! tampoco me dejan devolver el recibo (cuando se supone que está la opción) y tampoco puedo quitar de ahí mi tarjeta del banco. Además pedí dos pares de zapatos y quiero hacer la devolución de unos y al introducir mis datos me pone que el correo electrónico está mal (y aseguro que está bien) y no me deja porque no les interesa! Nadie me soluciona nada, sois unos sinvergüenzas !!! NO SE OS OCURRA COMPRAR AQUÍ NI DESCARGAR LA APP
