They are no longer providing phone support; makes cancellation more difficult.  Also, once you’re past a couple of weeks the sessions begin to repeat themselves; it gives you the same 3 exercises 3 times in a session and does this repeatedly.

I have emailed back and forth with the people who keep copying and pasting the same response. I send screenshots to say that what they are telling me is wrong. But no won’t let me delete even though I have no “active subscriptions” as I had to email them to cancel that to. Wouldn’t waste your time unless you want the app having your data full time.

Made for the neuro-typical (low IQs)

Why do I have to have some kind of body/mind problem or Weight issue to want to keep fit?!
The third question in was asking about body type. 
I am intelligent and take care of my health - properly!

If more Americans were educated properly they’d see their allergies, weakness in DNA etc and never be able to categorize in the (ONLY) three options they offer:

They expect you to either be having a hard time getting away, losing weight or built tone. 
All responses are negative and designed for people who have issues. 

If one takes care of you should be gaining weight when you eat the proper food and losing weight by restricting proper foods. 
Sleep. Exercise. Laugh. 
It’s really that freaking simple people!

PUT DOWN the BLEACHED FLOUR, peanut butter, eggs, sugar…
It REALLY is simple! 🙄 
“Y’all” obviously have the internet - EDUCATE! 
America’s so sick mentally and physically.
