Booking a flight is nothing new to us.. even if it’s through another company.. but just fly has proven to be so difficult and poorly made that it feels like it’s scam. We can’t find our tickets to download and it won’t even let us download it when we first tried. That’s how we lost track of our ticket in the first place. Like how do you even lose a digital ticket with all the confirmations you can use to find it again?! After speaking to an assistant from delta she couldn’t even find my ticket in our account so basically it didn’t exist but we paid $900? After several days, they haven't returned my money. ### 1/5 — I don’t know how this app or site can be 4.9 star reviews SCAM SCAM SCAM *2026-02-18, version 5.5.0* This app/site is a joke I booked a ticket on Christmas 12/25/2025 and I bought all the insurance in case of cancellation if something came up then on 12/27/2025 less than 48hr I cancelled the flight ( I know they said free cancellation in 24hr after booking ) but then again something came up right after I booked so I have to cancel our flight. Justfly simply doesn’t do anything AT ALL they said is not they part anymore if we cancel the flight we have to deal with insurance instead then we contact insurance right away first I contact Xcover cancellation protection company they denied my case said they can’t do anything ( When I buy they commercial full refund no questions asked ) Ok I buy another insurance at that time and it call Generali Travel Protection I contacted them right after I fail with Xcover Right away. Generali Travel Protection said they will work with us ( no questions asked if cancellation ) First when I buy the cost of insurance is 177.74$ and they said if I wanted to cancel the flight and get a full refund I have to pay a fee of 300$ to get a full refund. Ok fine I paid for it and then they said they can’t refund for me that’s ridiculous pay a fee after pay a fee there is still no refund Never buy anything from JUSTFLY or any of these insurance anymore SCAM ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-08-18, version 5.19.0* As title suggests ### 1/5 — Mal servicio *2026-08-17, version 5.19.0* Compré un vuelo con Justfly y yo agregué maletas y pagué 89 dólares por mi maleta con un vuelo de Frontier y cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que no había maleta pagada y yo demostré que yo la pagué a través de Justfly , la chica de frontier me dijo que llamara a Justfly y les explicara lo que estaba sucediendo y hablé con alguien de Justfly por mensaje y le expliqué que me están cobrando $104 dólares por mi maleta y me dijo que no me preocupe y que guardé el recibo para luego ellos hacerme un reembolso, y todo es mentira, mandé las pruebas de mi recibo y Justfly me dijo que ellos no devuelven dinero. Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It’s nearly impossible to get clear answers, and every interaction feels like you’re being ignored. When I requested a refund, they refused to help or provide a reasonable solution. Even more frustrating, they failed to provide updates about our upcoming trip, leaving us completely in the dark and causing unnecessary stress. If you’re booking travel, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may not receive the support you expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend JustFly to anyone.
