It’s taking long time for refunding the amount. Please look after the problem and try not to happen again. ### 1/5 — App unexpectedly closed and money deducted and no confirmation messages *2018-10-12* Last night i booked two tickets and at the payment step app closed unexpectedly and money was deducted from my bank account. And i tried to contact customer support and they were not reachable. Now they are saying my tickets was confirmed that time itself. There was no confirmation mail or text message at that time about my tickets. I don’t want tickets. The app seems pretty stable for its initial version but needs some fixes in these areas: - After performing some seat selection but not proceeding with payment, going into the trailer page and playing a video back and rotating the phone causes the app to crash. - hitting the back button after seat selection and on the login page should goes back to main page - Seat selection page sometimes does not display right.
