Secondly, the app is full of bugs. THREE times yesterday my shopping cart just emptied by itself, so being a smart person I decided to find a workaround - I wrote which items I want in my notepad as an initial backup, and then found that if I add them to my Wishlist, they stay there, so I’ve essentially got them backed up twice. But I shouldn’t have to do that, should I? And this isn’t a one-off incident - it happens a lot, and not just to me. It’s not a cache/cookies issue, it’s not a “we’re working on this” kinda situation, it’s just bad UI design. ### 1/5 — rubbish update. *2026-08-12, version 20.0.117* the new update just crashes the app as soon as i click on it ### 2/5 — App is awful *2026-08-12* Website encourages to order through app but when trying to open the app. It glitches and immediately closes. Their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. They simply do not listen to customers, even after repeated requests and explanations. They also failed to deliver my order, resulting in a complete loss for me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I did not receive the support or service I expected.
