Secondly, the app is full of bugs. THREE times yesterday my shopping cart just emptied by itself, so being a smart person I decided to find a workaround - I wrote which items I want in my notepad as an initial backup, and then found that if I add them to my Wishlist, they stay there, so I’ve essentially got them backed up twice. But I shouldn’t have to do that, should I? And this isn’t a one-off incident - it happens a lot, and not just to me. It’s not a cache/cookies issue, it’s not a “we’re working on this” kinda situation, it’s just bad UI design. ### 1/5 — rubbish update. *2026-08-12, version 20.0.117* the new update just crashes the app as soon as i click on it ### 1/5 — Worse customer service and order handling system *2026-07-28* Extremely disappointing experience. Their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. They simply do not listen to customers, even after repeated requests and explanations. They also failed to deliver my order, resulting in a complete loss for me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I did not receive the support or service I expected. When I go to reset the password it closes the app ### 1/5 — No Way to Fix Mistakes after Ordering! Unfair Policies and Poor Service! *2025-12-16* I am very disappointed with this app. Once an order is placed, you cannot edit the delivery address if it is entered incorrectly, and you also cannot cancel the order. To make matters worse, they will not even process a refund for the mistake. Customer service is poor and unhelpful. For these reasons, I would give this app 1 star—if it were possible, I would give 0 stars. ### 1/5 — LONGTIME DELIVERY!!! *2025-12-05, version 20.0.105* This brand take extremely long time to delivery and reply the email. When you first open the app, the first tab at the bottom states ‘menu’. Great. There are a whole host of categories to choose from. I click ‘makeup’. Great. More categories to choose from. What isn’t great is that some categories can’t be clicked on/dont do anything when clicked. ‘Shop Now’ ‘vegan makeup’ ’Korean makeup’ ‘gifts and sets’ works - and takes me to a selection of products. However, ‘eyes’ ‘face’ ‘lips’ and ‘nails’ ‘accessories’ ‘featured brands’ do absolutely nothing when clicked on. It’s beyond annoying. Will still shop here as the prices can’t be beat- but I find the app is very buggy. Despite this I still find it more usable than the website which i have other gripes with. ### 2/5 — Black Friday Discount *2025-11-28, version 20.0.104* The above discount of 10% off for Black Friday did not work.
