The app records my voice, but it doesn’t reply. Keep spinning feedback.

Удалила у себя. Нельзя выбрать тренера, изменить голос, не реагирует на пожелания. «Девушка»- заставка имеет очень неприятный вид хронически больного человека и наркомана (синяки под глазами, цвет лица, волосы - пакля). Хочется общаться с приятным человеком, а не с мультяшным живым мертвецом. Голос мне не понравился и его нельзя изменить. На мои просьбы касательно учебного процесса приложение не реагировало. Хорошо, что заплатила по скидке $37. Если купила бы за $100, требовала оплату обратно и была не так толерантна в отзыве.

Très bonne application . Il manque juste la possibilité de pouvoir refaire l’exercice qu’on a fini car une fois fini , on peut plus le recommencer .  Une des meilleurs applications pour apprendre l’anglais , prononciation, vocabulaire , etc…

Encore une app qui fait du marketing avec l’ia
Le chat bot est complètement stupide et déroule un scénario de discussion prédéfini
Pas de correcteur de prononciation comme vanté dans les pubs (qui du coup sont fake) alors que vraiment j’ai poussé mon accent français à son paroxysme
Et le pire c’est la vente forcée. L’app démarre avec plein de questions qui font prendre du temps à l’utilisateur jusqu’à ce que l’on se rende compte que l’on est forcé de passer à la caisse… une façon de faire détestable. Ok pour qu’une app soit payante, mais au moins il faut que les choses soient claires dès le début

I cannot pass the onboarding, stuck on the language selection, tried German, French and even Russian and nothing, it doesn't offer me any options and I can't go further

I already deleted my account before the start of subscription but still they deducted my amount after 5 days.

Got the paid subscription couple months ago. All went well till the lessons started to get stack at some point. It happened several times, till today so I just can’t login in it any more! Going to ask for a refund.

试用之后感觉很失望，卸载之后却被通知已经交费。无奈开始使用却频频发生产品没有反应的现象。突然被卡在谋一个课程中，之后，无论选择继续课程，退出课程选择其他内容，退出程序都不能得到改善。使用时间越久卡住的现象越频繁，且故障时间持续的更久。与客服多次联络无果，总之这是一款让我很失望的产品。

Ich habe bereits 7 oder 8 Apps fürs Englischlernen ausprobiert. Für das Lernen von neuem Vokabular waren fast alle Apps vollkommen ausreichend. Für die Aneignung einer neuen Sprache steht jedoch neben dem Lernen von neuen Vokabeln ein Aspekt noch deutlicher im Vordergrund und das ist das: Sprechen, Sprechen, Sprechen. Diese App ist die erste App, bei der genau diese freie Kommunikation super trainiert und mit hilfreichen Tipps unterstützt wird.
