I’ve completed several surveys and my balance is still 0 even though it shows my survey history and earnings. Thanks in advance for your time and help. Did 3. 2 if them said I didn’t qualify but I was suppose to get whatever for my time anyway. On a 3rd survey I was doing for 45 minutes maybe longer. Once I got to the end it said something about url in very small print. I got nothing. Not happy with this app right now. Don’t know if I should bother waisting my time. ### 2/5 — Crashes *2021-12-28, version 1.0.16* App keeps crashing in the middle of surveys I can complete about 1 out of 5 I take. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2021-12-27, version 1.0.16* I took so many surveys on this app and got to a $100 and of course as soon as I did my first cashout, I suddenly started having issues with the app and surveys not opening. I email support about it and they kept giving excuses and after some time later when the issue still wasn’t fixed and I reached out to them to find out what was going on they said my account was flagged and under review. I still had $15 on there I didn’t cash out and they aren’t letting me get that either because all of a sudden the surveys i took that i got credited and paid for they said were rejected. All this started happening as soon as I cashed out. So typical & very disappointed. I thought this was such a good app. Others are better but dont waste your time and effort here! ### 1/5 — No payment option exists *2021-12-21, version 1.0.16* It appears as though there is no possible way to link a debit card, PayPal, or anything to receive money for doing the surveys. Like there’s literally no option anywhere in this app to set up your profile so you can get paid. ### 1/5 — FALSE ADVERTISEMENT *2021-12-06, version 1.0.16* The picture says no minimum cash out when you download the app it requires a minimum of $1 to cash out. I guess false advertisement is not illegal in today’s day and age. ### 3/5 — Not great, only if your desperate *2021-11-17, version 1.0.15* Surveys are only worth a few cents so it takes a long time to get the minimum (PayPal) cash out. And even then no one want to cash out $1. A lot of people decide to wait until it’s more which I initially decided I wanted to do, but once I got to the minimum I chose to try to cash out to see if the app even worked or if I was waisting my time with it. Initially it sent an error message saying it couldn’t be completed at the time. Eventually got it to work but it took a full day to deliver me the money. Overall about 3 stars, only suggest if you really need it, If you just want some extra cash and a way to pass time don’t get this. It’ll be too much of a headache and stress ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The time is a lie *2023-10-04* Every survey that says 10 minutes has you filling out 5 minutes about yourself and work then asks you to start a 25 minute survey. I tried doing a 30 minute survey, 50 minutes in with no end in site and I got a “missing session” error and had no choice but to back out and earn nothing. So far I have spent about 2 hours to earn $0.15. I just wanted to earn a buck or two before bed each night but at this rate I won’t get any sleep or cash. ### 1/5 — add the refresh button! *2023-07-08* The service constantly gets stuck, and you have to exit after losing all your progress, also the website is not working correctly. You have a Lot of problems please fix that! ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t even work :/ *2022-08-03, version 1.0.16* I had just got this because I wanted a way to make money. It seemed promising too! I’m sure it works in actuality, but the moment I tried to take a survey to get 27 cents I couldn’t even open it. Then it takes me out the app, I renter it and I don’t have any surveys. I look for surveys over and over again only for it to come back with nothing. I liked the thought of this style of app better than the other money making apps. I just want to be able to take surveys and make money, not only that but the money you get for surveys is in cents while yes over time the money adds up it’s just not fair as with the duration of the surveys. The first survey I needed to take was to give me 27 cents for an 19 minute survey. Then again it could be the money coming out of the company’s pocket which would be understandable. Long surveys of $0.10 or less, which usually shutdown or tell you you didn’t qualify at the end. I’ve made a total of $0.86 after 3 months. Google Opinions, Survey Junkie, and InboxDollars are much better options and you get paid. ### 1/5 — Will update if problem is solved *2022-04-24, version 1.0.16* Just posting in case the app is down and anyone else is experiencing this…The app worked very well at first, I got my $1 paypal cashout within 48 hours. Unfortunately, now it seems the app is kicking me out of surveys and crashing so I do not get even the minimum payout. I know things happen, but I don’t want anyone else to spend over an hour without even getting 10 cents.
