Spesso, al momento di aprire un video, esce la simpatica scritta “questo video non è disponibile nel tuo paese”…ora posso capire magari i diritti sulla pubblicazione di immagini riguardanti la giornata di campionato ma quando cerco di aprire un video che commemora la morte del nostro capitano Gianluca Vialli e mi esce questa scritta mi indegno profondamente e vi invito a vergognarvi.

I do not how they have hired a new dictator. Everyday it’s something new and more confusing. They keep adding ads when you log into the app and you have to click through it. Make it easier to buy and trade players too! Thank you and hire a new manager/ dictator to ensure the tranquility of our beautiful country.

Una società come la Juventus non può permettersi di mettere in rete una APP che dire imbarazzante è poco! Certo graficamente molto bella, ma assurdo perdere 3 gg per riuscire a capire i meccanismi di acquisto dei biglietti per esempio! Date per scontate una serie di info mancanti (sfiorando il limite della pubblicità ingannevole); la biglietteria è slegata dal sito e gestita da altra società per cui serve un secondo login ovviamente con una seconda password che ad oggi non ho ancora capito come ho fatto a creare! Non parliamo dell’assistenza telefonica del sito e delle lunghe code telefoniche, dove più volte ho lasciato la prenotazione per essere richiamato: mai successo!! Personale comunque molto gentile nel TENTARE di aiutarmi, ma nemmeno loro preparati nel affrontare la problematica per il semplice acquisto di 2 tagliandi per una partita. Aggiungo che su tablet iOS funziona male, soprattutto accedendo all’area personale che il più delle volte non trova, mentre su iPhone sembra girare meglio. Spero vivamente che riusciate a migliorare e semplificare le cose. #FINOALLAFINE!

J’ai voulu offrir un sweat à capuche de la boutique officielle pensant que l’article serait de qualité. J’ai reçu le sweat avec la fermeture éclair cassée. J’ai renvoyé mon article et j’ai commandé un second sweat.
Après avoir été porté 1 fois, la fermeture éclair casse. Il s’agit donc d’un défaut de fabrication puisque sur 2 produits différents il y a le même problème.
Je souhaite renvoyé l’article mais impossible. La boutique ne reprend pas un article sans étiquette.
Quand on prouve qu’il y a un défaut de fabrication la moindre des choses c’est de rembourser ses clients !
Et aussi méfiez-vous, tous les articles ne sont pas officiel Adidas…

This application helped me a lot since I downloaded it!! Because in my country of origin there are some apps with restrictions!! Once I was able to use it, I enjoy all the excitement it gives me and I enjoy going through it, my favorite soccer team too

Imprescindible para seguir la actualidad de la Vecchia Signora. Tiene un diseño moderno aunque quizás un poco complicado para navegar. Con la última actualización el widget de los próximos partidos ha dejado de funcionar.
