It’s super easy to use not glitchy isn’t full of a ton of spam or ads. It’s very clean and it pulls up immediate same-day paying jobs in your area as close as 1 mile away. You receive a link from a rep who got notified you registered on a major job search engine. The rep starts by asking if you have high school diploma. So, the focus is young people out of high school. However the app allows people to post a picture and a video. In the US it is illegal to recruit by requesting people’s ages or for pictures. This allows for age and sex and discrimination bias. Finally, this app does not really care about what you can or want to do.The only selection it offers are about 10 very generic industries. You cannot select a company nor a job title. It also does not allow to expand the job search radius either. It seems the goal of the app is to recruit candidates for college or professional school education. And there are no at home positions these are all jobs that literally dont even get back to you. They’re not even connecting you to the person that does the hiring.
