this app is for clients only, practitioners must use online portal which is really annoying, please make accessible for practitioners  through App Store

I’ve tried logging into this app over a dozen times with my login info, even changing the password to see if it was an issue on my end but it never works. I’ve been able log into my account online otherwise, it appears it is simply an issue with the app.
