## What is Juwajom?

Juwajom is a local darkroom for stills. Capture or import a plate, lay one of seventeen composition guides on the frame, write what you see, and save a composition review print on this iPhone.

The work happens on the photograph. Guides such as Rule of Thirds, Phi Grid, Golden Spiral, Diagonal Method, and Vanishing Point sit on the plate. Opacity, offset, scale, and line weight are camera dials, not a separate worksheet. Previewing a guide does not use a credit.

When the observation is ready, one Composition Review Credit writes a PNG print. Credits stay on this device. Clearing all local data or removing the app deletes remaining credits. Juwajom does not post photos and does not connect to a Juwajom server to save records.

Camera, Photos, and Microphone are requested only after you tap Capture Plate, Import Plate, Save to Photos, or Record Observation. You can refuse any of these and keep the other path that still works.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-30

Field drills now sit on the easel with the parked guide. Search the seventeen guides, read the practice and the misses, and drop an observation starter into the note.
The glass bench reads the check, the wait, and the crop for that guide. Compare Note marks words you added and words you removed, against the starter or against the last exposed print on this iPhone.
Drills, the bench card, and note comparison stay on this iPhone and do not use a Composition Review Credit.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-23
