schlimmer fehlkauf.schon, dass es nur mit netz geht und nicht über das kabel ist einfach nur lol.und dann muss das netz die richtige hertzzahl haben.finger weg und etwas mehr geld ausgeben!

Ich finde es mehr als schade, dass sich nur die Cam über diese App steuern lässt. 
Toll wäre es wenn weitere, smarte Produkte von Juwel in diese App aufgenommen werden wie zB die unzähligen Beleuchtungen. Daher nur ein Stern

Einrichtung hat funktioniert. Bild ist auch ausreichend, kann man auch wieder vergrößern auf die ganze Bildschirmbreite. Ergänzend wäre es für die Helialux in Zukunft nice, diese auch über die App zu steuern.

Juwel really dropped the ball on this clearly the app needs a refresh for Apple users!!! STOP being LAZY this cost more that £100 you can’t even go real full screen, can’t even flip your phone and it change to full screen all I have is this default window. you also have a mic mute on and off but the mic don’t even work so why have it there just lazy with the app.
Don’t get me started with setting it up and getting it to actually work once it setup I had to delete the app many times just to get the connection to stay working, I managed to get it to work and it’s been working ever since but after a couple days it will go offline and you can’t make it go back online without going home and pulling out the usb, bought this to watch my new fish so they don’t get bullied and die without me knowing. You guys need to do better this is not even a hard job to do let me have ago with the software lord!!!

Die Einrichtung ist ne Katastrophe und hat mich locker ne halbe Stunde gekostet. 
Das Bild lässt alle Wünsche offen. Landscape geht nicht bzw. gibt es nicht!?!??? Es könnte so schön sein, ist aber so lieblos. Schade ☹️

Seit 2 Tagen ist sie nur noch offline 
Ich habe nichts verändert habe sie abgesteckt eingesteckt nichts funktioniert wenn sie mal online ist baut sie keine Verbindung auf ich habe sie aus der App gelöscht und neu installiert nichts bringt etwas der Kundendienst antwortet nicht

Die Kamera macht das, was sie soll. Die Einrichtung geht (fast) problemlos, denn man muss es in einem 2,4 GHZ Wlan durchführen. 
Das Bild ist als HD angegeben, ist aber relativ schwaches HD.

Was stört ist der Umstand, dass das Bild sich nicht ins Querformat dreht. Eine Anfrage bei Juwel brachte die Aussage, dass der Bug nur bei IOS16 auftrete...hier die Antwort:
"Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich für unsere SmartCam entschieden haben.
Vermutlich nutzen Sie ein iPhone mit Betriebssystem iOS 16. Hierbei kommt es derzeit noch zu dem beschriebenen Phänomen, dass sich der Bildschirm im Vollbildmodus nicht drehen lässt. Das "Problem" ist bekannt und sollte mit dem nächsten Update behoben werden. Ich kann Ihnen allerdings noch nicht genau sagen, wann dies verfügbar sein wird. Bis dahin bitte ich Sie höflich um etwas Geduld - Ihr Anliegen ist in Bearbeitung."

Einfach zu installieren, sehr gute Bildqualität!
Leider ist das Bild nicht drehbar, um im Querformat ein größeres Bild zu erhalten.

Cost a lot of money, you aren’t able to have a full screen view on i phones something to do with the software. Which leaves a tiny view and defeats the point of having it. Can’t zoom in much to make the view larger as it distorts the image. Hope they can fix it soon.
