But now, just to even search a picture from the internet or use a basic template I should pay $4 a month?! I barely use this service already just for occasional use. The names of my novels and all my characters were in there, it makes me feel like I’m some kind of idiot for not saving the boards to my photos I should have...but I thought they were safe and it was foolish for me to assume that. The app was honestly fine as it was, why change it? The fact they decided to update without warning and all of it deleted is what deeply upsets me. The update was so not necessary, app was perfectly fine as it was. At least allot older users the opportunity to sync old boards that were saved. I’m able to create mood boards and layouts for my moods, thoughts, or characters I need for a story. My only issue is that I get only one template, and the rest I have to pay for if I want to use them. I am a photographer in Los Angeles. I’ve used your product for sometime now and I’ve been a fan of its capabilities. Today, I did the update and all of the mood boards that I created of the past year has been erased! That LITERALLY affects my business. Another thing is paying for premium. What exactly am I getting in the premium service that is above the quality of what I already received prior to this update? Are you charging me for simply choosing to use your product for long term? Hopefully they can update it to make bigger boards in the future. I really like that it lets you search for images in-app so I just don't have to have pictures stored on my phone that I want to use and it makes it very easy. It was slightly confusing to use in the beginning but easy once you've figured it out.
