What I love about this app is it offers ways to track your fitness that no other app I know of does.  Using this app has made me more fit with a better understanding of my health wellness.  Highly recommended!

As a retired profession athlete, I wasn’t a fan of fitness apps before this one.  This app has helped me optimized my training, eating habits and sleep patterns.   Thanks JVB Health!
