I downloaded it and when I went to search for the headphones they didn’t even show when they are literally within 2 feet from my phone. Not even bothering trying to pair them with my iPad At least I have the headphones paired to my phone. At least they output sound. The latest version of this app supports it. The app cannot connect to them but the headphones pair and connect just fine to my US-based iPhone. The app is in the US App Store. Deleted app, reinstalled there app worked again then quit immediately with same results…almost a great app! ### 3/5 — Good app…that doesn’t work well *2025-02-06, version 2.0.1* Having previously used similar apps from other brands, the JVC app is the only one that has presented me with problems. A lot of the time the app fails to find, and connect to, my HA-NP1T earphones. I have noticed though, that this happens most when I’m listening to music through them, then open the app to adjust settings; at this stage I need to exit my music app, turn Bluetooth off then back on, go to my iOS settings and reconnect the earphones via the Bluetooth menu. Once I have done this, the app will find and connect to my earphones, at which point I then need to re-open my music app…don’t reopen your music app before the JVC app, or you’ll need to go through that process again. This JVC app is the only negative thing about these amazing earphones!! ### 2/5 — Very Basic App *2025-11-14, version 3.0.15* This app really doesn’t do much. It does show battery levels which is what I use it for but it is annoying because it takes around 45 seconds for the app to even find and acknowledge my Nearphones.
