If you’re accepted for a Special/International, or are a volunteer to work at one, you receive instructions for this app. It doesn’t show up on the website. However, you get the info on it from the branch in your instructions. It’s amazing!!! Everything in one place and is on your hand. Last go round, I had to log in/use my browser due to log in issues on my iPhone. It was very helpful as all our activities showed up and volunteer information too. We have to go into jw2019.org and change our email address to an accepted one.
