Most help is in Chinese; English help is broken and basic, with little to no real guidance or information. Every the app is in Chinese, and is berry difficult to set up. Well try giving us the info we need to use your stupid app. I would pay for a no problem app is that why you made this so impossible? Heck charge if you can provide all information needed and make this an easy user experience. One is too many zero would be better. Two major problems. First the advertisement shows a camera three times smaller than it actually is. Second, the app and camera not working together. The app will see the cameras, but refuses to connect after the connection to the camera Wi-Fi has been made. Truthfully feel like this product should be removed from the market. It’s Wi-Fi connection requires 2.4 g, this rarely available anymore, which is ridiculous these days. Gee it seem like I’m setting up a surveillance camera for the Chinese. The pictures you see are actually served up from their server. They claim oh don’t worry they are stored anonymously. I’m in IT. And believe me there ate much simpler ways to configure this with out sending data to their server. Oh did I mention you have to fully identify yourself to configure the product. I failed the first time, then I exit the app and setting and then use the pin provided to reset the camera. Afterwards, I open setting and highlight the CAMAXXXXX. Then I open the app and click WI-FI setting. It took about less than a minute for the app to finish configuring the camera. The process is very smooth this time. I then tried the different functions and they all work fine. To me, I am satisfied with the resolution of the camera. The motor is moving smoothly too. I am a genuine enduser and I just bought it yesterday from Amazon.
