I'm really disappointed in these JXLPro cameras. The statement 'you get what you pay for' is really true. I wonder if any of it can be recycled; I would rather do that than throw it in the garbage. I got a print reply and was told I could view the policies and terms on their website so I did. I was successful in getting the camera to connect to wifi. Next I will try the SD card and video capabilities. Original Review: I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I purchased the camera. What a scam! I looked at the developers other apps, and they are also either not rated or lowly rated. Not only could I not view the privacy policy or the system agreement, but when I click on app support, it goes to a Chinese site that I can’t even read. It doesn’t seem you can work the camera without viewing the settings on the app so unless they take a return for a full refund, this is going to be a small paperweight. ### 3/5 — Hmm *2024-05-23* Well we are listed under America-not United States or USA. Also, it appears you have to connect first to your private network then to the general network. The camera is working but the picture is poor. I am wondering how long it holds a charge so, I may need to use it where it can be kept plugged in-a bit disappointing. There is no privacy policy or agreement but you have to agree to set up the camera. I have had cameras before but usually they have tech support. I also purchased the panorama somI will do a review when it is set up. ### 2/5 — Don’t waste your time *2026-02-18* This app reminds me of something a child developer might design. It’s very basic, some options don’t function at all. The app constantly loses connection with the camera and only connects when it feels like it. If there is an event happening, don’t count on this thing for reliable footage. It seems to record in bursts. So you get play back whereas your subject seems to blink in and out while moving. It reminds me of me of those cameras that only record overt 3 seconds to save space. Tat is what the playback on this camera looks like. I’m telling you, if you don’t have anything else, then it will barely get the job done.
