But, I understand why many people rated it so poorly. Here is a helpful tip: in the manual when it lists the name of the device, the name is most likely wrong. So when you click “bind device” in the app, try every single device it lists except the ones that say TV. You’ll know it’s your device when it confirms with you you want to pair with the smart-band. I was so glad when I finally paired my phone with my smart-band because I was able to fix the time since it was completely wrong.
