### 2/5 — False advertising

*2025-02-08, version 4.0.26*

I was led to believe that this app was beneficial and is one of the top job apps , however that is not true you are supposed to get paid after completing each assignment or by every Friday no later. I still have not once been paid out in time. I’m constantly just sitting and waiting to be paid out and nothing and there’s no one to talk to u have to send out an email and hope they reach out to you in time to be paid out it’s just ridiculous what I have to go through. If u are late though they will reach out to u immediately but not pay u immediately.

### 2/5 — Payment information not working?

*2024-12-13, version 4.0.22*

I haven’t started using the app or barely started and not sure if I should start task missions on here yet as I’m not sure if my bank is connected to the app with stride. When I click done entering my info and recheck the pay information it’s not redirecting me to the balance page

### 2/5 — Still nothing

*2024-09-06, version 4.0.17*

Been signed up for a year and still nothing in Arizona. Yet I get emails asking to rate my experiences, telling me of new features and offering job opportunities if I’ve completed 500+jyves. All of which are useless if after 12 months they aren’t in a major city

### 4/5 — Jyve is back!

*2024-05-06, version 4.0.11*

Jyve took a hiatus from 2021 - 2023. I am excited to see NEW Jyve. They have a variety of work from resets, stocking, and inventory scans.

It also looks like they have expanded throughout the southeast and Midwest! I also love the quick pay feature for certain Jyve’s!

### 3/5 — I want to love it

*2021-12-16, version 3.57.1*

The app seems like an awesome idea. Stores need merchandisers, and people are willing to do it. But I never received a sign-up email I was supposed to receive. And whenever I try to call their help team, for some reason I get a busy signal? I’ve also reached out in email to which I’ve gotten no response. The app has been sitting on my phone for months because I can’t get through the initial setup.

### 4/5 — Ceased Operations

*2021-09-17, version 3.57.1*

Don’t bother, per an email sent to Jyvers this company ceased operations 20 Aug 2021. I’m a former Jyver.

### 3/5 — :)

*2021-07-15, version 3.57.0*

My issue with emails has been resolved! Updated rating

### 4/5 — We need to work on things

*2021-03-10, version 3.51.1*

We need to work on the new features like gallery photos meaning that if I take pictures on the pallet before opening the app would be awesome why cuz sometimes we Jyver are in a rush and we just take pictures and work hard. So having this feature would be awesome.

Second the arrived delivery feature doesn’t work for all Jyves barely 2 jyves a week I get a notification. We need to work on getting all jyves to work on that so jyvers can know when it has arrived so they can get to the store and start working on the Jyve.

Also if we loose or damage our landyard it would be awesome to request it through the app instead of calling.

I have many more ideas which ill be sharing soon but this are my concern in the meantime thank you.

### 1/5 — Just work anywhere else

*2021-02-02, version 3.49.1*

The fact that you can “choose your own hours” isnt really a thing. Some stores expect you to be there when they open up before your delivery even comes. Other stores are rude and dont understand anything’s you’re supposed to be doing for your job. Managers at stores constantly complain about 99s staying in he diary cooler when they're a new item, or back stock going in the correct places because they want EVERY case up even if it doesnt fit. One store kept ordering DISCONTINUED stuff and STILL COMPLAINED when it wasnt put up. There is no communication for this job between anyone. Just worth getting an actual job at this point.

### 1/5 — Don’t Jyve!!!! It’s not worth the migraine

*2021-01-17, version 3.49.1*

Not worth it. They’re definitely under paying and taking advantage of people who need to make ends meet. Don’t have a clue what they’re doing and they won’t be around in another year or two. Especially now that I have a big time investor to back me up.

### 1/5 — PLEASE DO NOT DO JYVE

*2020-11-23, version 3.48.0*

I really start not to like this Jyve, very upset. I work a full week, did 7 jobs claims, and when I go to start my next week claim, Jyve. going tell me I can’t because of background check... that’s very disappointing. Why start me with Jyve just to work one week but stop me from doing any other. And it’s not number you can call so you out of luck with that. Just email that they never respond back to.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-09-17, version 3.46.0*

They ask you to work loads that other people don’t finish and then blame you for it and then dock your pay and favorite the gurus. The gurus can leave cases and none of their pay ever decreases. At this point i don’t know what this app is but don’t say yes to cases that others leave behind unless your willing to lose money

### 2/5 — Update took a step back

*2020-07-08, version 3.41.0*

Work was sorted by day then they removed that option. Now you have to inconveniently click on every job to see what day the work is watering time and making it difficult to plan work. This is a step back and takes more time on our end to determine what is available.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2020-05-07, version 3.38.1*

Downloaded filled out everything wasted my time. For them to be like see jobs in your area. And by in my area it meant 4 hours away. No. Then harassing emails begging me to come back and “work” you gonna pay my gas, lodge And food for the 8 hour trip I’m gonna have to make. No? Yeah would negative star it if I could.

### 4/5 — Decent app, experience depends on location

*2020-05-01, version 3.38.1*

This app is way better than similar apps that I’m familiar with.

The jobs are posted at a specific time of day, so if you snooze you lose. Jobs are competitive.

I think a lot of these negative complaints are dated. I have found the support and communication to be great.

If a job is over what was reported to Jyve, which has happened, my regional manager has adjusted the rate to account for the issue.

That problem is not with Jyve, the vendor is very shaky on accuracy that they report to Jyve.

Con-
The problem that I experience is with the stores that Jyve is asked to support can have just the worst management.

If Stores and Jyve vendors can rate Jyvers through a different app, then Jyvers should be able to rate stores.

As a former rideshare driver, I know that Uber initially only allowed riders to rate drivers, then did both ratings.

Bodily rated stores should be banned from
Jyve, just like bad riders are banned from rideshare.

These stores need to be held accountable for their hostility towards gig workers. We are there as a service to the store, not to be abused by the store.

Letting the vendors only deal with it is bad business.

Unless Jyve and their vendors is aiming to be added to the current list of stores and apps that are currently being boycotted.

### 1/5 — App not working!!!

*2025-07-13, version 4.0.33*

Hi. I don’t know what’s up with this app, but it needs to be fixed ASAP. Support is supposed to be helping, but they take forever to respond to you.

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2025-07-05, version 4.0.33*

App not working on iPhone 14 Plus / iOS 18.5 opens and immediately crashes

### 1/5 — The app closes soon as I open it

*2025-06-17, version 4.0.30*

The app isn’t working

### 1/5 — Wasted time

*2023-10-12, version 4.0.5*

It's not available in Illinois

### 1/5 — Annoying

*2021-10-19, version 3.57.1*

I want to give this app a shot so bad but I’m already annoyed. I’m down to the paperwork part and they said they will send an email of the paperwork and I got nothing. It said call Jyve support of no email is received but when you dial they are disconnected. Love the concept but this is a waste of time if you can’t even get the chance to try it.

### 1/5 — Jyve went out of business.

*2021-08-22, version 3.57.1*

Don’t bother signing up for them, the just announced they’re going out of business 2 days in advance.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever !!! Don’t use it !

*2021-08-01, version 3.57.1*

I did my first job, 3 and half hour stocking and the app asking me for pictures for work I didn’t do, no options or chat center.. I worked for free.. never got paid .!!!

### 1/5 — Mind boggling glitchy

*2021-06-25, version 3.56.0*

I see people reviewing the Jyve platform and talking about the large stream of work available (which is GREAT) but that shouldn’t be confused for giving an app review and how well the app specifically does these tasks without glitching. And how well does it does these tasks at actually claiming the work each day ,and the app actually working and starting and doing stuff as it actually should ?Well not very good, it constantly updates self which blows my mind it how glitchy it really is because the team is always updating it. How could you update an app as much as they’re app team and not make it work better ???? Constant glitches and different ones across different smart phones. Now don’t get me wrong people! I love Jyve !!! they have a great stream of work available but seriously their app team needs work

### 1/5 — Not Great

*2021-06-19, version 3.56.0*

They make it seem fine an dandy but that not how it is your all on your own no one will help you even when u call and ask for help from your rep in your area. Easy for some people but not others as they choose other people for Jyves when they ask u specifically can u do this Jyve then next thing you know it’s gone cause someone else already claimed it. But why go the effort to text when you are at going to give that job in the first place.

### 1/5 — Malory In support

*2021-04-19, version 3.52.1*

Was quite eager to get me out of her way, when I asked why my account was being suspended. I had no help from support nor any of the 3 numbers I tried to message on 4/15/2021, and only got a response on Monday 4/19/2021 to tell me my account was being terminated due to unclaiming a Jyve. The only reason I unclaimed, was because I had questions regarding said Jyve, and did not want to leave the Jyve unfinished, nor did I want to violate the Jyve terms. I was told if I would be eligible for rehire at some point, and the response I got was “there is not”. Great concept, terrible management and support. Little to no help regarding Jyve requirements.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worker Oriented

*2025-03-21*

I have been doing Jyves for over a year now. Lots of the reviews seem outdated! They are starting up (once again) and it looks as though they are expanding throughout the states and constantly improving both their app and work options!

Support is friendly and always available when needed. It does start with AI but can quickly put you through to a person!

You can tell they are worker oriented as they are always trying to fill the needs of the worker and make you feel appreciated!

They are also always looking for feedback from us (both good and bad) to find ways they can continue to improve!

### 5/5 — My favorite gig app

*2025-03-04, version 4.0.26*

I have done over 50 Jyves and yes, you have to wait for the money to get transferred, but if you get suspended for a bit they pay you what they owe you right away. Also, the help team has always helped me out when I needed them to. The jobs are simple if you know retail stocking/ merchandising. App is getting better all the time. I use it daily.

### 5/5 — Jyve app

*2021-07-27, version 3.57.1*

I’ve been jyving for probably about 6 months now and I love doing it. I left full time bartending after the pandemic to find another route/opportunity and ended up finding this bike assembly opportunity through jyve and love it. I literally go to the same store by my house, I build my own schedule, show up and leave when I want. I have the opportunity to make up to 300$ every shift, on occasion bikes are limited but I work full time and have been for a while now and highly recommend it. Very good pay scale. I can’t believe I’m making 20-30$/hr every shift.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2021-01-23, version 3.49.1*

Super easy to use. Support is amazing can pretty much set your own schedule and work as little or often as you want. Can’t rave about this app and platform enough

### 5/5 — Great company to work for!!!

*2019-03-12, version 3.16.0*

I’ve been doing Jyve since the beginning of the year and it has been my gateway into the growing gig worker economy!!! I love that I can pick jobs that work around my family’s needs. I easily make 700+ every week! The community is great and so helpful! The training is amazing bc a lot of gig jobs don’t do hands on training like you are required to do before you can start claiming jobs. I can work solo or I can pair up with some of my favorite Jyvers and rock out the jobs. Can’t wait to see where this company is going to go and where it is going to take me. Best ad to ever come across my Facebook feed. Been a real game changer. I endorse Jyve 110%!!!

### 5/5 — Great place to work!

*2018-11-02, version 3.13.1*

I have been working at Jyve (Less than a year)
Pros
Get to travel to different stores
Get to help several customers
Get to meet new employees and form a friendly relationship with them
Cons
Payrate depends on how quickly you can work
Product rotation is necessary, but could slow things way down
Advice to Management
Create a site where employees can see a breakdown of each job worked and associated bonus, in order to better tie out paycheck.

### 5/5 — Great App! 👍🏽

*2018-10-31*

This is a great app for people who are looking for a second job or a easy way to earn some extra bucks. It’s a way for company’s to get more employees to merchandise their product without all the hassle. The employees who are called Jyvers get to pick what “jyve” they want so you can easily schedule it around your day and you get paid every week.

### 5/5 — Work when you want!

*2018-10-30*

Working for Jyve has been very rewarding in my area. I get a chance to visit new places and the staff are always so friendly! There management is very professional. It can be a lot of work, however, you get to set your own pace and there are opportunities to earn bonuses!

### 5/5 — Great app and company!

*2018-10-30*

I’ll review the app first. It has come a long way from how it used to be and I see them developing more and more as the months pass. The app works fast, I haven’t had any issues.

As for the company, as a single mom of 3, I love that you can pick where you work and when. It gives me the flexibility to still be with my children and make money. This company is going places and I intend to be there along for the ride and watch them expand.

### 4/5 — Has bugs but it’s a good start

*2026-01-04, version 4.0.40*

I’ve been using Jyve for couple years now . It’s easy simple merchandising work . The team has always been there for me when I needed help. I wish the pay was better and there was more work other than 2 days a month only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 . It’s really low pay only like 6-7 dollars but the work is not rocket surgery either . If it were more consistent it’d be perfect
