Coming as a US bank user, this application needs tremendous work for me to not hate opening it every time. Sure, it gets everything done but the point of a mobile app is convenient which it doesn’t provide much of.

First, it takes about 4-5x as long to log in compared to US bank applications and twice as long as other European banks. With K&H it takes less time to log in through an internet browser than the app, defeating the purpose of this entire interface. 

There’s no option to change the amount of time after the app automatically logs you out and it’s quite short. I often times need to switch to a different app to transfer data and by the time I would come back to K&H, it logs me out. It’s seriously pretty dumb to use the app over their actual website. 

Another issue is the way it’s set up. I could really only describe it as a “brute” layout where again, it gets everything done, but in a very unfriendly way. Let me customize the home page and add functions I use most often to be most accessible to me. I want to see charts and graphs to help my budgeting and understand my finances not two-tone screens with numbers.

Finally, using this app feels like it was designed by somebody who has no idea how a modern person would use a banking application. I can’t copy my own account number, I have to type it out number by number every time I want to give it to somebody. I frequently send money to the same people but I don’t have an option to do this with just 2-3 taps, it’s so ridiculously manual when it shouldn’t be. With my other bank, I send money by tapping on a contact with profile pictures and emojis. It’s personalized, easy to navigate and fun! I shouldn’t have to explain why these features increase satisfaction and efficiency to an app developer. 

K&H, figure it out because this app would’ve been unacceptable 4-5 years ago, let alone in 2022

It works fine for a couple of months, and then it doesn’t. Now it’s saying my camera hasn’t been authorized for the app (it has). Since they will not send verification codes to North American mobile numbers, it becomes a major hassle to reset, and I cannot access my account. I would much prefer to go back to the dongle and chip card approach. If I have to return to Hungary again to fix this issue, I will be closing my account.

A régebbi app-ben egyértelmű volt a menü, minden funkciót könnyen meg lehetett találni. Ez az új abszolút nem letisztult, hiába nem
először használom, mindig percekbe kerül, amíg megtalálok egy funkciót. 
Biztos nagy erőfeszítéseket tettek a fejlesztők a modernizálásba, de, hogy senki sem próbálta ki, hogy milyen használni, az tuti.

Sajnos akkor is lassú, de nem ez a fö gond. Ha kb normal munkaidön túl (pl. este vagy hétvégén) szeretnék utalni akkor az függöben marad kb következö hétköznap nyitásig. Ez kb a reggel 8-9 órát jelenti. Ráadásul tök mindegy hogy ez belföldi utalás vagy nemzetközi. Minösithetetlen.

When the App opens up, it immediately crashes. The dashboard is not accessible. I can open the app by using one of the widget functions, but as I tap on dashboard, it crashes again.
I use the latest iOs and the latest version of the app.
I have reinstalled it 5x, same issue.

Previously I was the client of another bank, few years ago I moved my account to K&H. After I installed the mobile app I was impressed, the user experience and the services cannot be compared, I really like this application, I use it in daily basis.
P.S: In iPhone 6s, iOS 13.3.1 I cannot put a line break in the messages and after every space character the new word automatically begins with capital letter. Maybe it worth to check by the developer.

Nem próbáltam az összes banki alkalmazást, de a K&H app-je messze a legtöbbet tudja!
Ráadásul folyamatosan fejlesztik, jönnek a kisebb-nagyobb újítások.

A következő, amit epekedve várok:
Fizetős K&H mobilinfo (SMS) leváltása ingyenes push-értesítésre!
Ha már úgyis mobilis a mobiltelefon, feltételezhető, hogy internet is van rajta (főleg belföldön), így teljesen logikus a push üzenet használata.
Olyan kényelmi szolgáltatás, ami más banknál már aktív használatban van, így a K&H-nál is várom.

Im using the app for a few years now. Very convenient, exceplent in most cases. I barely go to the online site now. The bank is great too :) been there for 12 years now. highly recommended.
