จะหยุดให้บริการ K+SME แต่ไม่ได้พร้อมเลย FaceID/Touch ID เข้าสู่ App ก็ยังใช่ไม่ได้ ผู้ใช้บุคคลธรรมดาก็ยังโอนเงินได้แค่ 500,000 ต่อวัน ลองดูคู่แข่งธนาคารสีม่วง พัฒนาไปไหนต่อไหนแล้ว

สุดท้ายไปเปิดเว็บใช้เหมือนเดิม เข้าจากไวไฟ / 4g 5g ต่างประเทศใช้ไม่ได้ เปิด VPN กลับไทยแล้ว ก็ยังไม่ให้ใช้งาน

ยึด Security at least ตาม K+ app หน่อย ที่ใช้ vpn, wifi ไม่มีปัญหาเลย

ถ้ากลัวแอปโดนแฮค ไปกลัวเว็บโดนแฮคดีกว่า ลูกค้าใช้ผ่านเว็บโดย man in the middle ดักรหัสพาสเวิด ต้องมานั่งใส่ทุกครั้ง ไม่ใช่มาใส่ network security อะไรไร้สาระแบบนี้กับแอปบนโทรศัพท์ แค่ ssl pinning ก็มากพอแล้ว ให้ลูกค้าจริงๆได้ใช้แอปเถอะ

Email มาให้โหลด แล้วเป็น qr scan ไม่แนบลิงค์ คิดว่าลูกค้าเปิดดูจากในคอมหรอ หรือหวังว่าต้องแคป QR ไปเปิดใน QR Reader ก็แนบลิงค์โหลด app/play store มาด้วยเลยสิใน marketing email

Product owner ต้อง work harder มากๆๆๆ

ทำไมไม่ใช้ security ตามแนวเว็บไซต์ คนอยู่เมืองนอกก็ใช้ไม่ได้อยู่ดี แล้วจะออก mobile app มาเพื่ออะไร ถ้าคนที่อยู่เมืองนอกและใช้ K biz บนเว็บไซต์อยู่ กลับใช้ไม่ได้เพราะต้องลงทะเบียนผ่านสัญญาณมือถือ 
คนทำคนคิดขาดหลักความคิดที่บริการให้ครอบคลุมถึงลูกค้าทุกประเภท ธนาคารกสิกรฯนับวันยิ่งถอยหลังลงคลองเรื่อยๆ เข้าใจว่าเพื่อความปลอดภัยแต่ควรมี options ให้ลูกค้าเมืองนอกมีโอกาสเลือกหน่อย คุณแค่มองว่าตัดปัญหาส่วนน้อยออกไป เอาง่ายเข้าว่า 👎
