Was told you must download this app to receive access to any rewards you have built up over the years. It used to just be a phone number system, but now you have to download this entire 62 MB app and store it on your phone permanently. I would prefer to not be forced to download a large app just to get points I have previously saved up.

I had to tap the back arrow 750 times to get back to 1958 to set my birthdate. There’s got to be an easier way. Also, it’s pretty upsetting that I just found out yesterday that all my visits since you launched the app weren’t receiving reward points. I don’t recall receiving any notification of this change. Should also have better point of purchase signage relaying this information.

I love that I can quickly pick the location I want to order from and have my drink ready when I get there. My drink is ALWAYS ready by the time they say it will be. The reward redemption is a nice set up and I like being able to use the rewards on my own when ordering through the app verses having them do it at the register. It just seems really efficient. The way ordering is set up, my customizations are easy to make as well.
