## What is K?

K-Cinema (Kcinema) is a multilingual movie booking app for the ~2.65 million foreign residents in Korea.
Enjoy the latest releases on the big screen with subtitles in your own language — Chinese, Vietnamese, English, Thai, and Korean.

▶ Watch new releases with multilingual subtitles
- Watch the latest Korean releases on the big screen with subtitles in your language — Chinese, Vietnamese, English, Thai, Korean, and more.
- After installing, choose your language to see at a glance which cinemas and showtimes offer subtitles in that language.
- On each movie's detail page, check the synopsis, trailers, and stills — and set a release alert for upcoming titles. You can also search movie titles in your language.

▶ Book tickets in your language
- No Korean needed. From sign-up to seat selection and payment, book conveniently in your own language. Sign up easily with your phone number or your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.
- Check each movie's showtimes — cinema, date, and session (with remaining seats) — and book the session you want right away.
- Multilingual subtitle screenings are planned at about 40 partner cinemas nationwide, 6 showings a day (scheduled by language).

▶ Translate the booking screen
- Korean-only booking pages are no problem. One tap on the translate button overlays the on-screen text with a translation in your language, right where it appears.
- Translation stays on from seat selection to choosing a payment method — book with confidence even without Korean.

- Get a KRW 3,000 discount coupon when you first sign up.
- Tickets are KRW 9,000–12,000 for the latest releases. (Additional savings with coupons.)
- We plan to regularly run bulk coupon giveaways through multicultural organizations, foreigner communities, and partner companies.

- Upcoming releases can be booked as soon as ticketing opens.
- Korean films for Korean-speaking users, and English-language films for English-speaking users, are open for booking even without a subtitled screening.
- Check the cinema, date, session and remaining seats on the showtimes screen, then pick the session you want.

■ Community board
- A Thailand tab has been added.
- Country names are shown in your app language, and the country tab matching your app language is selected by default.
- You can now change the country when editing a post.

■ Profile & My Page
- Your profile shows an initial avatar, and you can pick its background and letter colors.
- My Page menus are flattened into one level, so bookings, coupons and notification settings are one tap away.
- About Us now links straight to our website and business information.

■ Stability
- Fixed booking-screen translation and showtimes display issues.
- Booking and ticket lookup now recover properly after a brief network drop.
