### 1/5 — Bug: e-slip saving incorrectly requests photo library read access instead of write-only access

When Photo Access is set to "Limited Access," iOS allows apps to save new photos without reading the existing library. However, K PLUS triggers a "would like to access your photos" popup on every QR payment because it requests read access to the photo library rather than using write-only access to save the e-slip.
Suggested fix: Use PHPhotoLibrary write-only API (performChanges) for e-slip saving. This will respect the Limited Access setting and eliminate the repeated popup.

I set the photos access to “limited access” but everyday i do a QR code scan payment, it asks me “do you want to allow full access to photos?” with a popup saying “allow full access or keep current selection”. i don’t want to allow full access and STOP notifying me to allow full access to my photos!

the QR code option is a complete joke it does not show you have paid or shows your balance drop so you try again as you would do to pay for a service and again nothing happens then 3 hours later they debit your account and deny any wrong doing an absolute amateur incompetent bank

I have been a long-time customer of Kasikorn Bank, but recently my account has been restricted from receiving incoming funds without any clear explanation. When I asked the officer, I was only told that it was due to “too many transactions,” but no proper guidance or solution was given.

As a customer, I expect transparency and professionalism. I have never been involved in any illegal activities, and all my transactions are clean and legitimate. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled shows a lack of ethics and care for customers.

Banks should provide clear communication, proper reasoning, and assistance to resolve issues, not leave customers confused and helpless. I sincerely hope Kasikorn Bank can improve their customer service and treat clients with more respect in the future.

Mobile banking apps from major banks, including Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Bank, TMB, and some other have experienced crashes during critical periods, such as payday. Many customers were unable to access accounts or complete transactions during peak demand. But I never have any issue with this bank in my experience. Always reliable and easy to use. Fast processing.only one of my trouble is I can not download this app to use in my new phone because 
apps not recognizing new devices or SIMs, requiring them to visit a branch in Thailand to re-register or verify their identity 

A prevalent issue is mismatch between registered SIM card details and bank records, which frequently triggers app suspension—from which users seldom recover without making a physical visit to a branch back in Thailand 

So,  to mitigate such risks, keep alternative payment arrangements or backup banking options readily available. In my opinion and experience, this app still work better than the other Thai bank
