It’s not even letting me log in even after DUO verified me saying that my email is not valid and then keeps on logging its been a month since Im trying to log in and yet can’t

I can’t even get past the second screen because every text box is whited out and it’s impossible to see what was typed. Instructions aren’t there, so I don’t know what to even put in the text box.
