It works but there are some things it doesn’t do well. Sleep and stress levels don’t register all the time. Looks good and goes beyond its price tag. I’m happy for 69 dollars. ### 2/5 — App keeps timing out *2025-12-01, version 1.2.2* App keeps saying times out. I’ve reinstalled, restarted. Deleted the app everything. It’s not working with my phone anymore. I like the watch but the app stinks. Please help. I have to use Apexmove app which doesn’t give me what I want from the KOSPET app. ### 3/5 — The Tank 3Ultra has its ups and downs. *2025-11-14, version 1.2.1* I like the style of the watch, you'd be hard pressed to find a watch with more screens to choose from. In general, it has probably too many options, bells, and whistles to function with precision. It always knocks off an hour or more of my sleep when the night sleep report comes up. It syncs really slowly. Every so often it doesn't recognize I slept at all. This watch was not cheap either, it was a $250 watch. All in all I'm enjoying it but if it declines at some point I'll replace it with a watch that performs digitally and mechanically at a super high-level. I thought that's what I was getting with the price. ### 4/5 — Everything works almost *2025-10-28, version 1.2.1* The watch has a lot of features and all work except one. I can’t get text to come through. I’ve read directions many times, my wife is a computer nerd she can’t figure it out. If not gets stuck in sync when pulled down to initiate, and never updates all info—-again until I then go to watch to reset. This is poor performance and requires too much recovery intervention. Really lacks in these areas. I also cannot count on the notifications for messages or phone calls; I’d say it works about 30% of the time. The night mode never stays set and always reverts to day mode even if I never close the app. Lastly another big one…no carryover legacy data. If I don’t sync at night every day, all data is lost for that day on the next day. This should log and accumulate for at least three days else it’s lost and health tracking is way less than accurate. ### 2/5 — Sad *2025-07-09, version 1.2.0* Sad no text message not work ### 3/5 — Watch face gallery *2025-07-08, version 1.2.0* Annoyingly I changed a watch face to a couple of others and then eventually tied to download the first ones I liked. It was then that I realised the KOSPET app had removed the faces I liked from its web page gallery, replacing them with new faces that don’t appeal. It’s a shame the gallery isn’t in full on the KOSPET webpage. It’s a great watch though. Had this watch and app for awhile now and it still hasn’t been updated to fix data issues between Apple health app and Kospet fit app. I would suggest you fire the whole IT staff and hire people who can get this done ### 3/5 — It’s “OK”… needs improvement *2025-05-25, version 1.1.9* Generally I like it, but it definitely has a few shortfalls… Unlike Zepp (for amazfit watches) or Mi Fitness (for Mi bands) it does not give u a 0-100 sleep score. That has always been a valuable tool to me. Disappointing that this app does NOT DO THAT. Secondly, and I emailed Support about it, and they said I need to talk to the retailer (which is ridiculous since the issue is one with the Kospet App), … I much prefer night mode (essentially a dark mode, where everything in the background is black rather than bright white).. if I go into the apps settings and set it up for night mode… It will stay that way until I close the app and as soon as I open the app again it goes back to daytime mode, which is the bright, white background… And both the zap app and the mi fitness app once you set those for night mode or dark mode. It always stays that way until you change it… The fact that Kospet advised me to contact the retailer of the watch, Amazon, will accomplish nothing since they didn’t develop the app, Kospet did.. ### 2/5 — Needs Improvement *2025-05-09, version 1.1.9* The app lacks interfacing capabilities. For instance, it list women’s health app however, don’t list the spps to interface with. ### 2/5 — Step rate & weather *2025-04-30, version 1.1.9* Both these don’t refresh enough and I always have to sync to get this updated correctly ### 4/5 — Great app, interact with Apple Health *2025-04-25, version 1.1.9* Kospet watches are very good for the price and Kospet Fit works fine with them. Kospet Fit configures, reads, sends and reports all features from the watch/iPhone, sends apps and system messages to the watch and works well, including sending data to Apple Health. But, it could be more precise and consistent. Most of the time it fails to send heart rate to Apple Health, also if you don't sync before midnight your health data is lost. For example, if you go to sleep at 10pm, the data between 10pm and 11:59 pm is lost, or all health data between the last sync and 11:59 pm is lost forever. Keeping the app running in background is not enough to sync the watch with the app, you have to force it. Once the interaction with iPhone is good they should invest more in consistency and also advertise more about the compatibility with iPhone. I have the feeling that the app is only updated when bugs are reported and never to make Kospet Fit better. ### 2/5 — Pretty Much a Trash App *2025-04-20, version 1.1.9* Got this nee T3E Smart Watch a few weeks ago which I love. It’s a great watch for what I want it to do. This app, however…. Garbage. It doesn’t sync with my watch well. Have to make it try several times for it to even register. Most of the time, when it does sync, it only does so with have the data, forcing me to sync again. I go to download a new watch face only to be told it had a connection error. This forced me to restart the app. App only has one job- connect with this watch- but it’s horrible at it. ### 3/5 — Auto Disconnects *2025-04-13, version 1.1.9* Overall good app but disconnect from watch several times a day. As you sync it with your watch, it sends all your health information to Apple Health (except Blood Pressure), which summarizes information from other health devices or Kospet watches you might have. Kospet smartwatches have great compatibility with IOS, Siri, Music, phone calls, and Apple Health. I must say Kospet Fit has great technical support, always updating the app for reported issues. Update: Actually, it only sends the heart rate to Apple Health sometimes, it’s a kind of mood thing. ### 1/5 — SMS *2025-03-01, version 1.1.9* can not get SMS yo work on the watches ### 1/5 — Don’t buy this *2025-02-23, version 1.1.8* Fully buggy app. Sometimes it shows WhatsApp or messenger contact name when someone call me but most of the time it doesn’t work. It shows only number not name. Another problem is- if I am on a call on messenger or WhatsApp or other app at the same time if anyone call me on phone then I can’t cut the call on watch, it continuously vibrating and hang the phone that’s why I can’t back or don’t do anything on watch. Battery backup also poor. Maximum 4 days if I only keep on only notifications not others.
