친절한 핸드볼 애플리케이션은 친절한 핸드볼 책을 바탕으로 제작되었습니다.
The K handball application is based on a K handball book.
”친절한 핸드볼”은 핸드볼 지도자들이 효과적으로 훈련을 진행할 수 있도록 체계적이고 다양한 프로그램으로 구성되어 있습니다. 본 프로그램은 주1회를 기준으로 총 48주차로 이루어져 있으며, 주차별 훈련 프로그램은 점차 난이도가 높아지도록 구성되어 있습니다.
"K-Handball" is composed of systematic and various programs to help handball instructors carry out training effectively. This program consists of a total of 48 weeks based on 1 time for a week, and the weekly training program is designed to increase the level of difficulty gradually.
본 애플리케이션에 제공되는 친절한 사진과 영상은 각 훈련의 이해와 훈련 프로그램을 지도하시는 데에 도움이 될 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다.
The photos and videos provided in this application are designed to help you understand and guide each training program.
주차별 훈련 프로그램은 “워밍업 → 기술훈련 → 심화훈련 → 쿨다운”의 4가지 스텝으로 구성되어 있습니다.
The weekly training program consists of four steps: "Warming Up → Skill Training → Advanced Training → Cool Down".
GK 훈련 프로그램은 총 8주차로 구성되었으며, 홈 트레이닝은 48주차로 주차별 훈련 프로그램과 모든 주차가 연결됩니다.
The GK training program consists of 8 weeks in total, and home training program consists of 48 programs linked to weekly training program.
주차별 훈련 프로그램은 1개월(4주)을 기준으로 마지막 주차인 4,8,12주···는 앞에 배운 훈련을 적용할 수 있는 게임으로 구성되어 있습니다.
The weekly training program consists of games that can apply the previous training in the last week based on one month.
주차별 훈련 프로그램과 총 훈련 시간의 구성은 수업 환경 및 난이도를 고려하여 변경 후 활용하셔도 좋습니다.
You may change the weekly program and exercise hours in consideration of teaching environment and level of difficulty.
