I was not being told about earning K points before entering the Butterfly Room. I just save my points as I used to when shopping in the K-11 etc. My application got rejected because I did not mention to the waitress but so do them! Besides, I once ordered a Napoleon cake through Rosewood online and tried to earn points but any points earning reminder was not mention in the website. Tried to call back Rosewood but given feedback “You chose to order online, it is more user-friendly, so fair enough”. Login procedure is really complicated that it needs both your phone number and email. I think use either one is ok. I am the member of New World and unable add other membership in the app. It classifies K11, DPark and new world membership. Combine all of them into one is better. Customers waste time to tie all the member. If I forgot the email used to register why is my number cannot be used to register another account and simple eliminate the previous one. Even register through other social media accounts.
