This needs to be fixed immediately. ### 2/5 — Horrible *2025-03-12, version 1.21.85* The app is fine when it does work. Every time I go to log attendance or check the schedule nothing loads. I have to close out and restart the app probably 10 times before everything loads and I can access all the areas ### 2/5 — terrible.. *2025-02-15, version 1.21.85* at first i was excited to do online learning. but they made it so difficult by going through third party websites without clear information, and make it to where its overall hard to get things done. some of the tests are unfairly graded, and arent even looked over. if you email a teacher, when and IF they respond, youll think its helpful when its not. ### 3/5 — Issues *2024-12-10, version 1.21.85* I keep running into issues where the iPhone application can’t load any information about my kids classes or schedules etc. I just see this spinning icon in the middle of my screen after logging in and selecting their name. Eventually it times out. Ive tried logging in on 5 different iPhones and have the same issue. I’ve also tried doing it with each iPhone connected to my home wifi vs using the mobile 5g data. When it works, its great! But over the past several months it’s hit and miss for me. I usually just have to login using my phone browser to see their schedules and grades. Seems like its an issue between the application and the back end or however the app pulls the data. iOS 18.1.1 (22B91) is what I use for my iPhone 12, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15. The app is hit and miss on all these phones ### 2/5 — So slow….. *2024-12-02, version 1.21.80* It takes ages to do anything on here. I cant update my own attendance sometimes. Many days I get logged out and then it won’t let me back in until I delete the entire app and redownload it. This is the second year with all the same issues. Too many error codes and freezing loading screens. It didn’t use to. The first 2 weeks of school, it was good. But over the last month, it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes just to load. And if I want to see the next day or anything else other than what I am on, I have to wait another few minutes. Shouldn’t have to. Someone needs to fix the issue. I don’t have time to wait for the app to figure how of it’s going to load or not. I’m a busy mom, and don’t always have time to get on my son’s school issued laptop to check his assignments. So frustrating that this simple app can’t run smoothly. ### 3/5 — Great app but needs improvements *2024-09-18* I like the app and it’s easy to navigate and keep track of things and has a nice interface. But as a UXUI Designer, learning coach, and mom, it has some issues. First, it has very slow response times 90% of the time. When i record my students attendance, it takes each subject 60-90 seconds to load before i can scroll down and log the next subject. When I record their attendance and save it, the next day i have to record the same days all over again. There have been several times i have tried to navigate and the pages will blank out or even give me an error message. The app has pretty much had the same function issues since my kids started K12 a few years ago. However, login must be done from memory. DO NOT try to go through your saved passwords because that locks you out. I have had to delete and redownload no less than 3 times in the last week and a half due to the app just not loading my children’s schedules. I can seemlessly use this app 2-3 times before it glitches and stops loading anything so I have to delete and redownload at least once sometimes twice if I mess up and try to login with my saved passwords. The teachers are really nice and will respond to messages after school hours. The app is easy to use. The program provides all the tools needed for schooling, including laptop. The app was a bit confusing and all though we sometimes have a bit of a technical issue it’s always quickly resolved.. so far my child loves it and so do I.. there very helpful with her work needs and questions as well as mines..
