Can’t locate my phone number (that I’ve had for over 15 yrs) to verify the acct. completely useless. Just keep using the website. The app is worthless.

Never can log on. App has never worked due to phone number,  clearly works to update me when funds are low but never on the app. Works at home on my computer. even though this is the only program to add funds to child’s account. I want the wasted time back and would like to take away the one single star that they have!

My phone number is in my profile on my computer at home twice, but I cannot log onto app EVER! It only allows a log on with a phone number and if you can’t do that, then why have the app?!
