Apotik K24 begitu banyak bertebaran, namun database tidak pernah diupdate! Jadi selalu tidak bisa pilih menu pengiriman instan. Bagian IT harus dididik ulang.

Jika Kakak tidak dapat menggunakan metode pengiriman One Hour Delivery, One Day Delivery atau Ambil di Apotek, produk yang Kakak pesan sedang tidak tersedia di Apotek terdekat. Sehat selalu Kak :)

As the title said the live agent help is just a gimmicks. No live person that can help you through the process nor give an online experience in purchasing your prescription online. No inline method pf payment available

Sudah menggunakan versi aplikasi terbaru, namun selalu menutup otomatis ketika konfirmasi alamat pengiriman obat.

App useless tidak berguna

If during the registration process you switch to another application (for example, a translator) for a few minutes to translate unfamiliar words, when you return to this application, all previously displayed data is cleared. And I have to fill it all out again. The field for entering your date of birth is also inconveniently located. The English language is very lacking.

But thank you a lot for your great service. You gave me the better prices and really fast delivery. Only 27 minutes on Bali (in the night).
