This is Kurzweil K2700 Sound Editor for iPad. 

Some of K2700 Sound Editor's features include:

•Import of Multi Zones from other PC4 Multi.
•Transmitting and receiving of Programs, Multi, FX Chains and other objects data.
•On-screen keyboard.
•Direct USB/MIDI connection with USB C or Apple iPad Camera Adapter.
•Wireless connection possible using MIDI network.
