Tried to get support, can't even connect to the website. Remove this worthless waste of space from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother with this app *2025-12-03* I loved the feature of not having to get up to open the door physically. This year that feature stopped working. 😩 I just tried to go to the app website to see how to fix it. The website doesn’t exist anymore! ### 1/5 — They borked all “older” locks. *2025-09-07* Bought KIC6510 in 2024, and now can’t use this app to add new fobs, see logs including battery status, or unlock the door. Apparently need to upgrade a board now.
