Can’t even sign up on the app. If signing up is difficult, how will the app actually perform?

Can't even set up an account because "connection failed". Tried to get support, can't even connect to the website. Remove this worthless waste of space from the App Store.

I loved the feature of not having to get up to open the door physically. This year that feature stopped working. 😩 I just tried to go to the app website to see how to fix it. The website doesn’t exist anymore!

Bought KIC6510 in 2024, and now can’t use this app to add new fobs, see logs including battery status, or unlock the door. Apparently need to upgrade a board now. Instead of alienating your customers charge a $5 per year subscription to pay a programmer to keep supporting the locks you sold.

It is letterboxed on my Pro Max iPhone. 
It does not integrate with the iOS password management. Not sure how this app got approved by the App Store.

Calendar function for netcodes don’t display correctly
Really would like to set codes for multiple locks together
Ability to have netcodes last longer than 7 days
Great lock but below average app

Great app but really needs support for current iOS and  we iPhone models

Really needs a proper update for recent phones. The interface doesn’t fit recent larger screen phones. 

So you can’t always add codes as the keyboard needs adjusted. 

Could also do with adding multiple users/items to locks instead of one at a time. 

Lots could be much better.

Software works great for our small business. Easy to manage and audit who comes in and when. Adding/removing users is simple. I would like an Apple Watch app option to open locks.

I just did an update on my iPhone. The remote through the app it’s not working now. I have to manually go to the lock to open the door. It needs an update.
I love this feature on my phone!!
