If I import a 2nd wallet I can't hide the original of a token's wallet that I'm not using. Please allow hiding of any wallet, and I would say this is in the top 3 wallet apps. ### 5/5 — Great wallet for Tron network. *2021-09-13, version 4.4.1* I had been using Trust Wallet, but when I heard of this one, I gave it a try. This is now my wallet for Tron crypto. Easy to use and I like the staking features. Swaps are easy as well. To date I haven’t come across something that I need to do that isn’t easy to manage. I will admit that I don’t use it for anything except Tron $TRX / TRC10 / TRC20 cryptos. ### 5/5 — I love klever *2021-09-13, version 4.4.1* Klever is by far my favorite wallet. This wallet is just the first in a whole host of products designed to bring the masses comfortably into the next generation of banking and finance. ### 5/5 — Secure, Easy, Many Chains *2021-07-05, version 4.2.3* The klever wallet is a secure, decentralized cryptocurrency wallet that holds many cryptos from many different chains. There is a swapping feature that is fast and the fees are inexpensive. There is an option to purchase some major cryptos with your credit card. Some banks will not allow it and your purchase will be declined. This IS NOT Klever’s fault, it’s your bank’s fault. The fees purchasing with a card are 10-12%. If buying klever token, I would recommend buying LTC or BTC on Coinbase, sending it to klever wallet and swapping for klever, much cheaper. Remember, Coinbase is centralized, klever is not. This ecosystem Klever is creating is going to be all anyone will ever need for financial independence. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unreliable and sketchy *2022-01-08, version 4.8.0* Not only does the app not properly inform you on how to use its functions, they take money from your investments with no prior prompt leaving you to figure out by the value of your wallet going down. When buying crypto from here, let’s say for $50, they without any warning or prior information, only put $32-$36 in your wallet, taking some of your investment. Though I can understand why that would happen, however they even go so far as to, when you are only transferring crypto to another crypto, they DONT PROPERLY CONVERT IT. Taking some of your investment. Finally making this whole thing seem even more like a simple scam, there are times they don’t let you withdraw anything from some of their stocks, and worst of all. You are unable, that’s right unable to pull out the money you invested into your crypto using Klever or Klever wallet. You need do download a third party app….. don’t invest here, there are better made, and more simple apps that actually work. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service and support *2021-11-28, version 4.7.0* If you don’t have any other place to go than use this app/wallet, I had a terrible experience with them. Lost my coins by their mistake (misleading information) and was told sorry you can’t get your coins back… customer service is a joke! Just stay away, save your money and time ### 1/5 — Swap Theft *2021-07-23, version 4.2.4* DO NOT SWAP CRYPTO VIA KLEVER. The wallet itself works great, but the swap feature gives a higher estimate than what you will actually receive. If you raise this issue with support, they will tell you that it is your fault they provide inaccurate quotes and will not acknowledge there is a problem when you come up short on the estimate their service gave you. I lost nearly a thousand dollars after making a large swap and I have spoken to many others who used their service and suffered the same. Klever’s swap fees are already high, but the fact that they short you several more percentage points is robbery. They should be investigated for the amount of funds their customers have lost due to using their faulty swap service. ### 1/5 — Got my wallet stolen by participating on Friday giveaway *2021-04-17, version 4.1.9* This is so sad and I always been going preventing phishing but not this time. I applied for the Friday giveaway for 50k coins on Twitter then got a dm saying I won from a page just like the klever, put it my information to get the coins but it was all fake, they hacked and stole everything I had on the wallet. I send emails but no response from klever. It’s truly sad that by trying to win the contest I got everything stolen. How can this people get hacked into my account if u have the biometrics on my phone??? I requested help but no one answered from klever ### 1/5 — Good luck getting your money when your ready for it!!! *2021-04-07, version 4.1.8* This wallet started off with Real promise!The one thing that I regret is actually putting my trust in this world I would take coin base or even another wallet over this one!So many unconfirmed transactions and so many times I paid a network fee to not even get my transaction filled! not bashing but their support slow it looks good on paper but it doesn’t even show the real time changes to the currency I feel like it’s just a glorified blog wallet just so you can keep up with their news! Only invest and this wallet if you just like seeing your money sit there good luck trying to withdraw anything at all!!! ### 1/5 — Epic Fail *2021-02-21, version 4.1.4* Do yourself a favor and bypass this app. This is by far the worse wallet that I’ve ever used and I do not recommend it. None of the exchanges I’ve tried to make have gone through except for the one to purchase KLV tokens (go figure). I feel as if I’ve been scammed and am in the process of trying to retrieve all of my crypto from this wallet and secure it in one of my other ones. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2021-01-28, version 4.1.3* Absolutely the worst wallet app I have ever used so I ended up going back to token pocket. The first issue was this app would not allow me to buy crypto, it kept giving me an error message so I had one of my friends de try to transfer ethereum into my wallet. The transaction was sitting there for 4 days and would not go into my wallet even though it said received it was not there. After emailing Klever twice the issue did not get resolved. After a huge headache of 4 days we ended up just removing the transaction and used my other wallet app to transfer it and it went through immediately with my other wallet app. Not sure why Klever wouldn’t allow me to do anything but do yourself a favor and buy TokenPocket instead. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2021-01-08, version 4.1.1* Klever cost me tens of thousands of dollars in trade by taking over 20 hours to complete deposits and swaps. You need KLV token to make swaps, but to get KLV and to Swap from one currency to KLV- but you need KLV!!!!!! Ridiculous. When you do make deposits and you do swaps the fees are outrageous! Why does it cost me $10 in fees to buy $50 worth of KLV! Unreal! I will be moving my money out of this app immediately! I recommend finding another app to work your TRX on. ### 2/5 — Not Competitive Wallet *2021-05-25, version 4.2.1* This wallet has extremely high minimum a s requieres a lot of energy and fees to do simple transactions. I had approximately 1k TRX and practically lost them because when I converted them into another Crypto so I have send them to another address it says it won’t support the address format (Bitmart). It so frustrating that requires so much when other wallets covert and send without issues. ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2021-04-14, version 4.1.9* You’ll lose money with gas fees and minimal deposits for transactions more than saving money and making money. The app only allows for a minimal purchase of $50 USD for any coin, and you need ETH for gas fees or their native token KLV. Fees are outrageous and the app makes it very difficult for you to even withdrawal!! But it’s easy to receive and deposit coin 🤔 transactions take forever, and they make you pay a premium for faster fees. Overall this wallet is a terrible wallet and seems like a scam more than anything. 2 unconfirmed transactions and its been over 3 hours and the transactions still aren’t settled into my other wallet. Swap fees and transactions are killer on this app. Do yourself the favor and use KuCoin, Coinbase, BNB, or a cold storage wallet. Great for new and seasoned crypto enthusiasts alike - it has a clean interface and I like how easy it is to use. Has staking features that will earn passive income which I really love. I read some reviews where they said they were scammed - Klever can’t refund your funds, there’s a big disclaimer saying to never give out your 12 phrase SEED even if the source looks legit.
