UI is terrible. Web platform also sucks. If I could give negative stars I would. Just pretend it’s 1970 and call because you won’t get anywhere on the app or website. It’s 🗑️🗑️

This is a nice app when it works but it rarely works and is impossible to book online. Have to call by phone every time. I tell them its not working but no interest in correcting the non working links.

Just a bad app. Terrible Ui.  Makes you log into a slow and glitchy in app browser.   My location is making me only request appointments in the app now.  Honestly makes me want to go to a different dog daycare.

I contacted the local location and the staff there mentioned that other members are also unable to book their stay on the app because it keeps saying that first booking is required when the physical location has already had one previously.  Please fix this issue.

This app needs a lot of work. As said in another review, it seems like all it's good for is communication and times of operation. Hopefully it will be improved.

The UI is confusing. I had to have someone in the office walk me through how to use it. It’s has improved but it’s still confusing. Even though you choose you location on the start screen, you have to do it again and start it. You don’t get to see the availability- all the app is to communicate a reservation request and reduce the number of calls into the location. It’s pretty frustrating.

I also feel the same, it is frustrating that you cannot view any photos, videos or report cards? What’s with this APP? We want to view our fur baby’s. Love the staff and the facility. My little pup is well taken care of and is getting over her fears and shyness.
