Asked for customer’s license and card info. They will also ask you to hold your id and take a selfie. When the system was down they won’t warn the customers just keep taking the money and turn down their customer support. Money was stuck in this app for days don’t know what is going to happen next

It has been fine in the past. Starting last week, their customer service said that they had problem with their backend and couldn’t fulfill any orders. After a day, I couldn’t reach their customer service at all. Everything just went to auto-reply. I requested a refund, and now a week later, it’s still not processed. Now my money is stuck in the app and I don’t know if they will ever appear again.
