## What is Kaava?

ROAST TIMER
Time every session with an event-driven timer. Log First Crack, Second Crack, and Drop in real time with temperature and weight at each event. Every second of the roast is captured automatically.

Every session is saved the moment it ends: duration, temperatures, weight loss, notes, and photos. Scroll back through months of roasts and find the one you want to repeat — then repeat it exactly.

CUPPING RECORDS
Capture structured tasting notes with an interactive 9-axis flavor wheel: Fruity, Floral, Sweet, Sour, Roasted, Nutty, Spice, Vegetal, Body. Link each cupping directly to the roast that produced it.

EQUIPMENT
Organize multiple roasting machines and brew devices. Switch between them in one tap at the start of each session.
