Limit per transaction is only 300usd and 500usd total per day. This is too low for overseas filipinos moving money for their families in the Ph. Called support to extend the limit and they cannot do anything about it unlike stable applications like western union and remitly. Reward point should benefit loyal users not pressure them to redeem points within such a short time frame. Extending the validity of reward point to one year would significantly improve the user experience. My bank was still intact but it says my transaction is awaiting payment. Why? So I repeated sending because the money in my bank didn’t show any transactions made. It saus here tap a stat. Where’s the star? If I go to one of the topic box, it doesn’t allow me to go back to HOME. App needs a lot of improvement.
