Just states the booking has “already been claimed” when entering the reference on the app for the first time pre-check in

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, the hotel sent us 8 emails to download it, read the other reviews before downloading it. 
NOTE: you can check in  at the hotel without it, so don’t believe otherwise
