## What is Kabu?

How does KABU work?
Simply tell us where you are, and where you want to go.
The App will select the right route, and generate an estimated price for the trip.
With a single click, you can pre-authorize the payment for the trip using any major credit card.
The assigned driver will then contact you to let you know he's on the way.
He'll call you again when's he's arrived at the pre-arranged pick-up spot.
When you arrive at your destination, please rate the driver. A tip tells the driver he's done a great job.

Booked a trip in advance for a midnight pickup, ride confirmation stated pick up would be the following afternoon! I cancelled my trip immediately as I wasn’t going to wait outside all night for a ride! I was never refunded, I’ve contacted customer service and they’re absolutely useless. Save yourself issues and don’t bother! Get taxi instead.
