I downloaded this app to prepare for my trip to Canada. However, it frequently sends me unnecessary ad alerts all the time. There’s no way I can see to opt out of receiving ad alerts. My trip to Canada hasn’t even begun and I’ve decided to delete the app. Very annoying useless notifications.

Ive missed so many important schedules because of this app. If the drivers are gonna take 20min to get to my location, then please don’t pick up my order. Especially when I have to pay cancellation fee when it’s clearly their fault. Kabu should make a policy on this if they want more people using the app.

The app is just a chaos!!!!!!!!
I canceled it, and driver called me after I have canceled the trip!? I want to reorder the trip, and contact the customer service . NO ONE is available for my phone call. The customer service is really terrible. Do use other app, and will never use it anymore.the driver is late for 10 minutes as well.

This is not like Uber. Support in English is VERY limited. Drivers confirm then cancel. It’s incredibly unreliable. I had hoped to use this in an area where Uber does not operate (Chilliwack) and well, I’d recommend not using this company.

Booked a trip in advance for a midnight pickup, ride confirmation stated pick up would be the following afternoon! I cancelled my trip immediately as I wasn’t going to wait outside all night for a ride! I was never refunded, I’ve contacted customer service and they’re absolutely useless. Save yourself issues and don’t bother! Get taxi instead.

I called and complained to customer service - after the representative laughed at me, they would not allow me to speak to a superior. 

This app is a joke and a safety hazard.
