## What is kada?

Capture an idea as soon as it arrives. Kada records voice notes on iPhone and Apple Watch, with a simple way to play them back on the device where they were made. Recording works without signing in.

Sign in on iPhone for optional Cloud transcription. New recordings can upload automatically and appear in the Library with searchable transcripts and audio playback. Audio is saved locally too. Turn off automatic uploads whenever you like. Older recordings upload only when you select them.

The included Apple Watch app records independently. Pair the Watch with your account through your iPhone to upload new Watch recordings to Cloud. Local Watch audio does not transfer directly to iPhone.

Choose what to remember alongside a recording. Time and device details are saved locally. Location, motion, and HealthKit readings are optional and off until you enable them. A separate switch controls whether saved context accompanies new Cloud recordings.

Use Apple Shortcuts to start, stop, or toggle recording. When signed in, you can approve connected agents for selected access to the text of your Cloud notes. Local recording and playback remain available without an account.
