## What is Kado?

Kado is a focused interval timer for simple, repeatable workouts.

Create a routine once, then start it with one tap. Choose an optional Get Ready countdown, one Work duration, one Rest duration, and the number of intervals. Kado inserts Rest only between Work intervals—never after the final interval.
